Pre-Loved Verkopen
Heb jij nog mooie kinderkleding liggen die te klein is geworden, maar te zonde is om weg te doen? Of heb je nog nieuwe kleding stukken liggen die je niet meer gaat gebruiken? Laat LunLux het werk voor je doen!
Wij verkopen jouw pre-loved items in onze webshop en eventueel via social media. Jij hoeft alleen maar aan te leveren.
1. Selecteer je items
· Alleen mooie, verzorgde kleding (liefst van kwaliteitsmerken)
· Minimale maat: 50 – Maximale maat: 164
· Minimaal 3 stuks per keer
2. Betaal de verwerkingskosten
· €5 per item (voor het controleren, fotograferen, stylen, plaatsen en promoten)
· Deze kosten betaal je vooraf en gelden ook als het item niet wordt verkocht
3. Stuur je items op
· Verzendkosten naar LunLux zijn voor jouw rekening
· Je ontvangt van ons het verzendadres na aanmelding
4. Wij doen de rest
· Items worden geplaatst in de webshop en (soms) gedeeld op social media (slechts een selectie wordt gedeeld op social media)
· Jij hoeft niets te doen!
5. Uitbetaling bij verkoop
· Jij ontvangt 60% van de verkoopprijs (de rest is onze commissie)
· Uitbetaling na 14 dagen na verkoop
Let op: kopers hebben 14 dagen de tijd om het product te retourneren. Pas als deze retourperiode voorbij is en het product niet is teruggestuurd, vindt de uitbetaling aan jou plaats. Bij een retour wordt er uiteraard geen uitbetaling gedaan voor dat product.
6. Geen verkoop? Jij beslist
Als een item na 3 maanden niet is verkocht, kun je kiezen:
✔️ Je laat het gratis opnemen in onze donatie- of salehoek (het product wordt dan eigendom van LunLux en je ontvangt hier geen vergoeding meer voor.)
✔️ Wil je dat jouw item langer zichtbaar blijft? Voor €5 kun je de verkoopperiode met 3 maanden verlengen. Zo blijft je item extra lang in onze webshop en op social media staan, met meer kans op verkoop!
✔️ Of je ontvangt het terug voor €6,95 retourverzendkosten
· Verwerkingskosten per item: €5
· Retourzending bij geen verkoop incl. verzekering, hiervoor gelden onze reguliere verzendkosten.
· Verzendkosten naar LunLux, dit regel je zelf.
· Items moeten schoon, compleet en in goede staat zijn
· Geen zichtbare vlekken, gaten of pillen
· Geen fast fashion merken zoals Zeeman, Wibra, Zara, H&M etc.
· Merken zoals: Konges Sløjd, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Gucci etc. zijn wél welkom (bij twijfel, stuur gerust een bericht)
· Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid van de maat en het merk.
Als het artikel niet voldoet aan onze voorwaarden (bijvoorbeeld vlekken, schade of een onjuist merk), wordt het niet in de verkoop opgenomen. Je kunt het dan op eigen kosten retour ontvangen of, indien gewenst, laten vernietigen.
Om een eerlijke en snelle verkoop te bevorderen, hanteren wij onderstaande richtlijnen bij het bepalen van de verkoopprijs van jouw pre-loved items:

Do you have some lovely children's clothes lying around that are too small but too wasteful to throw away? Or do you have some new clothes you no longer need? Let LunLux do the work for you!
We sell your pre-loved items in our webshop and, if desired, via social media. All you have to do is supply them.
💡 How does it work?
1. Select your items
· Only beautiful, well-maintained clothing (preferably from quality brands)
· Minimum size: 50 – Maximum size: 164
· Minimum 3 pieces at a time
2. Pay the processing fee
· €5 per item (for checking, photographing, styling, placing and promoting)
· You pay these costs in advance and they also apply if the item is not sold.
3. Send your items
· Shipping costs to LunLux are at your expense
You will receive the shipping address from us after registration.
4. We do the rest
Items are placed in the webshop and (sometimes) shared on social media (only a selection is shared on social media)
· You don't have to do anything!
5. Payment upon sale
· You receive 60% of the sales price (the rest is our commission)
· Payment after 14 days after sale
Please note: Buyers have 14 days to return the product. You will only be refunded after this return period has expired and the product has not been returned. In the event of a return, no refund will be made for that product.
6. No sales? You decide
If an item hasn't sold after 3 months, you can choose:
✔️ You can have it included for free in our donation or sale corner (the product then becomes the property of LunLux and you will no longer receive any compensation for this).
✔️ Want your item to stay visible longer? For €5, you can extend the sale period by 3 months. This way, your item will stay in our webshop and on social media for longer, increasing your chances of selling!
✔️ Or you will receive it back for €6.95 return shipping costs

📏 Conditions for returning
• Items must be clean, complete and in good condition
• No visible stains, holes or pilling
• No fast fashion brands such as Zeeman, Wibra, Zara, H&M, etc.
• Brands such as: Konges Sløjd, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Gucci etc. are welcome (if in doubt, please send a message)
• You are responsible for the correct size and brand.
If the item doesn't meet our terms and conditions (for example, stains, damage, or an incorrect label), it will not be included in the sale. You can then have it returned at your own expense or, if you prefer, have it destroyed.
💰 Pricing Guidelines
To promote a fair and quick sale, we use the following guidelines when determining the selling price of your pre-loved items:

📌 The final price is determined by LunLux based on this table, taking into account condition, brand and market demand.
By sending us your items, you agree to this pricing and our terms of sale.
Example: If the item retails for €100 and is labeled "New with tag," we'll sell it for €75. You'll receive €45, and after deducting a €5 handling fee, you'll have €40 left.

Door je items naar ons op te sturen, ga je akkoord met deze prijsbepaling en onze verkoopvoorwaarden.
Voorbeeld: Bij een nieuwprijs van €100 en de staat ‘Nieuw met kaartje’ verkopen wij het item bijvoorbeeld voor €75; jij ontvangt €45, na aftrek van €5 verwerkingskosten houd je €40 over.
