Returns? Please register your return here within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to actually return your product. Shipping costs are at your own expense.

We offer 2 options:
Option 1: You can purchase an insured DHL return label from us. This is the easiest and safest way to send your return package. The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Rate: €8.27 + insurance €2.50 = €10.77

Option 2: The second option is to return your order yourself, using a carrier of your choice. In this case, you are responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. We always recommend shipping with track & trace and insurance. If the package doesn't arrive or is damaged, we cannot provide a refund.

In both cases, you must first register your return. You will receive a shipping label from us by email or at our return address.

V Unfortunately, it is not possible for customers from Belgium to purchase a return label through us. Returns from Belgium must be shipped independently and via a carrier of your choice.

⚠️Important: Returns that have not been registered in advance or are sent too late cannot be processed.

📦 Return Policy

Your return will only be accepted if the item meets the following requirements:

• The item is undamaged, unworn and unwashed.
Trying on is allowed, but be careful with stains, odors, spit or drool.
• No (pet) hair, lint or other traces of use.
Unfortunately, this means we can no longer sell the product due to possible customer allergies.
• Including original labels and (if applicable) packaging.
• Registered within 14 days and shipped on time (see the return registration section for more information).

Articles that don't meet these requirements will not be approved. You'll then have two options:

1. The item will be returned to you at your expense.
2. We destroy the article.

🚚 Shipping costs & free shipping

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you purchase an insured return label from us, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
• If you have used free shipping due to a minimum order value and you fall below that amount after your return, the original shipping costs will still be deducted from your return amount.

💸 Refund

Once we have received and processed your return in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (minus any shipping costs) to your account within 14 days.
