How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite items, select the correct size, and add them to your cart. Then, go to your cart to checkout using one of the available payment methods.
I didn't receive a confirmation, was my order successful?
First, check your spam folder. If nothing is there, please contact us at info@lunlux.nl . Don't forget to include your name and, if applicable, your order number.
Can a discount code be applied afterwards?
Unfortunately, we can't apply discount codes retroactively to an order you've already placed. You can, of course, return your order (according to our returns policy) and reorder using the discount code. Please note that you'll be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Can I order multiple items at once, including pre-orders?
Yes, that's possible. Please note: if you place an order with both in-stock items and pre-orders, the order will only be shipped once the pre-order is received. If you want to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
Can I also order without an account?
Yes, at LunLux you can simply order without creating an account.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is a pre-order for an item that's not yet in stock but will arrive soon. You reserve the item in advance, ensuring it's reserved for you as soon as it arrives.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a track & trace code once your package has been shipped.
I need my order quickly, can I pick it up?
In some cases, you can pick up your order from us in Almere. This is only possible when it's convenient for us. We don't (yet) have a delivery address. Please contact us beforehand to discuss the options.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a track & trace code by email.
When will my payment be debited?
Payment will be debited immediately after your order is placed.
When will my pre-order be delivered?
The expected delivery time is always stated with the product. In most cases, pre-orders are delivered within three weeks. Often even faster. If it takes longer, we'll contact you.
What happens if the delivery time differs?
If the delivery time differs unexpectedly, we'll notify you as soon as possible. You'll then have the option to leave the order as is or cancel it free of charge.
Wat gebeurt er als ik mijn bestelling niet ophaal bij het afhaalpunt?
Als een bestelling niet binnen de aangegeven tijd wordt opgehaald, wordt het pakket retour gestuurd naar ons. In dat geval hebben wij aan onze leveringsplicht voldaan en ligt het risico bij de koper. Wij zijn daarom niet verplicht de bestelling opnieuw te verzenden of het aankoopbedrag terug te betalen.
Uit coulance bieden wij je de mogelijkheid om de order alsnog te ontvangen als gift. Je betaalt hiervoor enkel de extra verzendkosten. Omdat de oorspronkelijke verkoopovereenkomst is beëindigd, is er hierna geen herroepingsrecht meer van toepassing. Wil je hiervan gebruikmaken? Stuur ons dan een e-mail, zodat we dit voor je in orde kunnen maken.
Wat gebeurd er als ik onjuiste adresgegevens heb doorgegeven?
Heb je per ongeluk verkeerde adresgegevens ingevuld? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op, zodat we dit kunnen aanpassen vóórdat je bestelling wordt verzonden.
Is je pakket al verzonden en kan het daardoor niet bezorgd worden, dan wordt het in de meeste gevallen naar ons teruggestuurd. In dat geval hebben wij aan onze leveringsplicht voldaan en ligt het risico bij de koper. Wij zijn daarom niet verplicht de bestelling opnieuw te verzenden of het aankoopbedrag terug te betalen.
Ontvangen wij het pakket daadwerkelijk retour, dan bieden wij je uit coulance de mogelijkheid om de order alsnog te ontvangen als gift. Je betaalt hiervoor enkel de extra verzendkosten. Omdat de oorspronkelijke verkoopovereenkomst is beëindigd, is er hierna geen herroepingsrecht meer van toepassing. Wil je hiervan gebruikmaken? Stuur ons dan een e-mail, zodat we dit voor je in orde kunnen maken.
Komt het pakket niet bij ons terug (bijvoorbeeld doordat het zoekraakt of verkeerd is bezorgd), dan blijft dit de verantwoordelijkheid van de koper en kunnen wij geen nieuwe levering of terugbetaling aanbieden.
What happens if my pre-order cannot be delivered?
In exceptional circumstances, a supplier may be unable to deliver an item (on time). In that case, we'll notify you immediately and refund the full purchase price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via iDeal, credit card, PayPal and other common payment methods in the Netherlands.
How can I contact you with questions?
You can reach us via the contact form on our website or by email: info@lunlux.nl. Do you have an urgent question and can't get an immediate response by email? Feel free to try us on Instagram or TikTok. We might get back to you sooner.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if they haven't been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Mijn bestelling is niet compleet, wat nu?
Controleer eerst of er misschien sprake is van een deellevering. Soms worden pre-orders of items met een langere levertijd apart verzonden. Kijk dus even goed in je orderbevestiging of dit bij jouw bestelling het geval is.
Is dat niet zo? Neem dan contact met ons op. Wij helpen je graag verder. Om je zo snel mogelijk te kunnen helpen, is het handig als je alvast het volgende checkt en aan ons doorgeeft:
- Of de verpakking beschadigd was bij ontvangst.
- Of er mogelijk iets is zoekgeraakt tijdens de bezorging.
- Welke producten precies ontbreken.
Kleine side note: ons inpakproces wordt altijd opgenomen op video. Dat helpt ons om te controleren of jouw pakket volledig is ingepakt voordat het verzonden werd.
How do I determine the correct size?

How is the condition of pre-loved clothing indicated?
• New with tag:
Unworn and with the original price tag.
• New without tag:
Unworn, but without a price tag. It may have been washed before use, completely fresh and ready for a first outfit.
• As good as new:
Worn only a few times. Lovingly cared for and ready for a second round.
• Good condition:
Clearly worn with minor signs of wear. These are always honestly stated in the description.
Do you also buy pre-loved clothes from private individuals?
Yes, we're always open to buying beautiful pre-loved children's clothes from private individuals. Click here for more information.
New clothes, but still preloved?
Sometimes we also offer clothing that is new but was already owned by someone else (for example, as overstock or unused clothing from private collections). These items are also sold as pre-loved because they don't come directly from a supplier, but from a private individual or someone else. We always provide clear information about this as well.
Why choose pre-loved?
• It is sustainable: reusing clothing is better for the environment.
• It's affordable: beautiful brand items for a lower price.
• It is unique: you often find special items that you can no longer buy new.
What exactly does pre-loved clothing mean?
Pre-loved clothing is secondhand, but selected with care and love. The clothing has been checked for quality and is in good condition, ready to be worn again. Sometimes there are minor signs of wear or slight discoloration, but this is always clearly stated in the product description. We ensure that the clothing is presented clean and in good condition.
What is pre-loved?
At LunLux, you'll find a unique range of children's clothing, including both new and pre-loved items. Pre-loved means the clothing has been previously worn by someone else, then carefully selected by us and offered again.
What can you expect from pre-loved clothes?
• Minor traces of use, such as a light crease, sometimes a very small stain or a subtle scent.
• Original labels may sometimes be missing, we always mention this.
• We thoroughly check each item and ensure it is as neat as possible.
Are all products new?
We sell both new and pre-loved designer children's clothing. Each product clearly states whether it is new or pre-loved.
How can I return a product?
You can request a return by completing our returns form on the returns page. You will then receive an insured return label from DHL or our return address if you prefer to ship it yourself. Returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt.
How do I know if my return has been received?
Once we have received and inspected your return package, we will send you a confirmation email and process the refund within 14 days.
Can I return a pre-order?
Yes, pre-order items may be returned according to our standard returns policy. This means you can return them up to 14 days after receipt, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and has the original tags attached.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are not possible. If you'd like a different size or a different item, please return the product and place a new order through the webshop.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you purchase an insured DHL label through us, these costs will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, customers from Belgium cannot purchase a return label through us. Returns from Belgium must be shipped independently and via a carrier of their choice.
