3. Product information
3.1 We do our best to display product information and images as accurately as possible.
3.2 Pre-loved products are secondhand and may show minor signs of wear. This is always stated with the product. Minor imperfections are not considered defects.

4. Prices and payment
4.1 All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment takes place via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
4.3 After receipt of payment, the order will be processed.

5. Delivery
5.1 Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Delivery takes place within the Netherlands via the selected shipping method.
5.3 LunLux is not liable for delays beyond its control, such as those caused by the carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
6.1 Consumers have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days of receipt.
6.2 Exchanges are not possible; returns can be used to place a new order.
6.3 Returns must be registered via the returns form on the website.
6.4 Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
6.5 Returned products must be unworn, undamaged and with original labels.
6.6 LunLux reserves the right not to accept returns that do not meet the conditions.
6.7 For pre-loved items, consumers also have the right to return the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. For returns due to "not liking" or similar reasons, the item must also be unworn, complete, and in the same condition as when received. Complaints about normal signs of wear inherent to second-hand clothing are not covered by the right of withdrawal and will not be accepted as a reason for return.

7. Warranty and complaints
7.1 If a product appears to be defective, this must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
7.2 Complaints will be handled as quickly as possible.
7.3 The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
7.4 Pre-loved items are sold in their current condition, including any visible signs of wear as described with the product.
7.5 The warranty on pre-loved items is limited to hidden defects that were not visible or known at the time of sale. Any visible signs of wear are not considered defective and are not covered by the warranty.

8. Liability
8.1 LunLux is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9.2 Data will not be shared with third parties without permission, except where necessary for the execution of the order.

10. Applicable law and disputes
10.1 Dutch law applies to all orders.
10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

11. Pre-loved items: Liability and risk
11.1 Upon receipt of the delivered pre-loved items, LunLux will inspect them for visible damage, completeness, and quality. Any unusual details will be noted and discussed with the owner if necessary.
11.2 LunLux is not liable for damage, loss or theft of items during storage, styling, sale or shipping, unless there is demonstrable negligence on the part of LunLux.
11.3 By delivering items, you agree to the risk of minor signs of wear inherent to second-hand clothing.
11.4 LunLux will handle buyer complaints about the condition of an item sold. In the event of any doubt or dispute regarding the condition of an item, LunLux reserves the right to make the final decision.
11.5 If an item does not meet the pre-defined conditions, LunLux may decide not to list it. In that case, the item may be returned or destroyed at the owner's own expense.
11.6 Processing and privacy of personal property
LunLux handles all delivered pre-loved items with care and respect for the owner's property.
We ensure that any personal information, such as name tags, contact details, or other identifying information, is not shared with third parties and is used solely for the processing and sale of the item. LunLux cannot be held liable for any personal information not removed by the owner before delivery. Therefore, it is the owner's responsibility to remove all personal information beforehand.
By submitting items, the owner agrees to this processing and to the careful handling of their property.

12. Pre-orders
12.1 At LunLux, you can pre-order certain items. The stated delivery time is an estimate. While we do our best to deliver within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee it.
12.2 Because we rely on external suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel a pre-order free of charge if the item is unexpectedly unavailable. In that case, the customer will, of course, receive a full refund.
